📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS – RIDING THE STORM

All Riding the Storm products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size when ordering.

Size guides are provided where possible. If you are unsure, we recommend checking measurements carefully before placing your order.

As all items are made to order, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizing once production has begun.

As all Riding the Storm items are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will put it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Orders will only go into production once payment has been received.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

All items are made to order.

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 10–14 working days, although this may vary depending on demand.

You will be notified if there are any delays.

We do our best to display colours and designs as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and garment materials.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are clearly displayed on the website.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
