Turnaround Time
All Riding the Storm items are made to order.
Our standard production time is approximately 10–14 working days from the date your order is placed and confirmed.
During busy periods, this may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Method & Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
All orders are sent via a tracked delivery service.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as courier delays).

Returns Policy
As all Riding the Storm items are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will put it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Accuracy
We encourage all customers to carefully review their order before completing purchase.
